Once your order is complete, guest services will contact you within 24 hours to confirm and process your floral order. Please be sure to list the phone number to best reach you in order for guest services to be able to complete your floral order in an efficient, effective and timely manner. All orders are processed through our secure system once your order is confirmed via email or by phone. An e-mail confirmation receipt will be sent to you so be sure to include your proper e-mail address.
